CHAD1000X — November. 1,000 step-ups for time. A workout that honours sacrifice, sparks conversation, and supports those still fighting battles we can’t always see. This November, join us and the global CrossFit community, as we complete CHAD1000X to raise funds and awareness for veteran mental health through The Step Up Foundation, established in memory of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson. This is more than a workout. It’s a show of respect, unity, and purpose. More details to come. All welcome.
